Since times have changed and it is a rare occasion that I have the opportunity to write any company or person a congratulatory letter. I realize that you must have many return customers and I am only a second time buyer, nevertheless, I still wish to offer my thanks for such attentive impeccable service. Starting with Mr. Hooks, I want you to know that my wife and I never had a sales person that we truly felt put our interests before his. His knowledge of the inventory was such that he was able to match us (once again) with what we could afford and most of all covered all of our needs. We are full time RV'ers and tow our home so safety is our number one concern and comfort follows closely. Mr. Ricky Norris deserves a pat on the back for his quick attention and courtesy in helping us when we first arrived since Mr. Hooks was with another customer when arrived.
Mr. Geraghty, was my second contact in your company due to several small items that needed attention, yet he displayed unexpected professionalism to handle each item as if it were his own truck. This is quite a feat since you know better than I how busy it can get in his department.
I would be remiss if I did not mention the lady or ladies that answer the phones because every time I called they managed to find the person I wanted or made sure that that person returned my call.
I am more than happy to give anyone a referral, and I do hand out Mr. Hooks cards from time to time.

I was looking to replace my 02 Harley F150 that was totaled in a rear end collision, and found Gibson Truck World online. We reside in NC, so taking a trip down to FL to purchase a used vehicle wasn't something that we originally planned on.
After speaking to Chad and Jacob, we decided to take the trip. When we left for the weekend road trip, Jacob called us and said that they didn't trust the engine and that they wanted to drop a new engine in the truck, but it was going to delay the purchase. They asked us to help cover the cost, but we made plans to stay with a friend that weekend and lost a day of work. We also needed to get a hotel for the weekend if we delayed our trip. They called back and told us they would cover the total cost, so the following weekend, we were on our way.
Everyone we met there was on their A-game. Very professional, but down to earth. The owner came out and introduced himself. He was dressed in sweat pants and a t-shirt. Not your regular, "hey, I'm the owner so I'm better than you" attitude. His hands were callused when I shook them, so this guy works. He's not just sitting on his butt collecting a check. Our impression of him is that he is hard working and is passionate about his company and his customers. C'mon, sweat pants!
Oh, it does get better. After 2 weeks, the check engine light comes on. I called GTW and we went through what needed to be done. In a nutshell, GTW stood behind their promises of their warranty. It's a 50/50 warranty based on GTW's prices, but a warranty nonetheless. Mind you, this is an 05 F150. The warranty is part of the deal, not an extra cost like other dealers offer.
Ok, so you're thinking, "so what, they still made money on the deal." Here's where you may be wrong. I could be wrong as well, but I highly doubt it. The reasons are below;
A flawless 05 F150 Lariat, and it's dealer loaded. Leather, power everything which includes the rear window and sunroof, 60k miles, but with a new engine etc.
Roush stage 3 super charger that they re-installed as the intake on the new engine. This includes the hood, racing stripes and rear bed door wing. Custom exhaust that includes headers and dual straight tips. Electric fans, differential cover, Kenwood deck, 22" rims with new tires, spray on bedliner and a boost and trans gauge. Again, loaded.
I really don't see how they made any profit on this deal, unless they purchased the truck for 10k, which I highly doubt. They went through with this deal because they said they would. They are in business to make a profit, but took this hit on their bottom line because it's the right thing to do, and they've earned a customer for life.
Is every deal like mine? I hope not for GTW's sake as they would go bankrupt, but if you do go there, I'm sure they'll make it worth your while.
I rarely review purchases that I make, but I'm so impressed with GTW, that I just had to let my experience be known beyond my family and friends. I will be posting my reviews on other sites as well.
