Great selection of vehicles. The inspection and repair process they put them through prior to the sale is one of the major reasons we drove over a 100 miles to get our truck. Our salesman Ricky was easy and pleasant to deal with. No big hassles at all. There were a few minor problems we discovered after the purchase but John in Service was great to deal with and very good about returning calls. When it's time to replace this truck, we'll definitely be heading back to Gibson.

Our truck buying experience with Gibson Truck World was truly unbelievable. This is by no means a typical dealership. Jacob our sales representative - truck specialist, was terrific as he found us the exact truck we had been searching for within about 6 weeks of speaking to him on the phone and it was at an affordable price. This truck was like brand new. We could not believe how stress-free the purchase was and how professional Ernie - the Finance Manager was. They made us aware of the options we had and assisted us with the decisions that were perfect for us. We were given all of the information right up front on the truck including a carfax and a list of the repairs and maintenance they did on the truck prior to our arrival. This was a win-win decision for us with absolutely NO STRESS whatsoever. We could not believe it.
It does not end with that though as a couple of months after the sale we needed some work done on the truck so we called John, Service Advisor - to get some direction on what to do. He really went the extra mile to be sure we had everything we needed to work with the warranty company to be sure the work was paid for and our local dealership to get the truck taken care of in the manner that was very best for us. What kind of dealership gives you that kind of service after the sale??? None other than Gibson Truck World. We are still truly amazed. Our son will be old enought to drive in about 3 more years and we actually look forward to purchasing with them again. Their integrity, honesty, and professionalism is above and beyond any other. We visited Gibson Truck World to look at a truck we had found online. It was the exact truck we'd been looking for for quite some time, but honestly, we didn't go there with the intent to purchase. We only wanted a test drive, or so we thought. The salesman, Leonard Hooks greeted us and that was about all it took. He was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Needless to say, the truck was in perfect condition, and we were able to come to terms fairly quickly on both the new truck and our trade. We took a tour of the facility and off we went.
Having had the truck home for a few days, we noticed a stain throughout the passenger side view mirror and a broken A/C vent in the rear cab. Leonard told us to contact John Geraghty in service, and said that he would take care of us. That was certainly the case, even though "we" had let some time pass before actually contacting John. We explained the situation and John was more than happy to help. He immediately ordered and shipped the needed parts at no charge to us, and we had our local dealer do the installation. That's a good example of the 12 month warranty that Gibson offers. They split the cost 50/50 with you.
This has been a great experience all around, and I would highly suggest that anyone in the market for a truck, make Gibson Truck World one of your stops.

I do not normally post testimonials, but where credit is due, its due! After searching the internet for over three months looking for the right truck, I located Gibson Truck World in Sanford, Florida. I drove from Port St. Joe, Florida, which is about 6 hours away to buy a truck. As I was arriving at Gibson Truck World, I saw Nations Trucks, which is across the street.
